Campeltown stolen vehicles

Campbeltown Stolen Vehicles Witness Appeal

Overnight on 29th & 30th January, from Crossibeg at the edge of Campbeltown, a red coloured Peugeot Boxer van, registration number SA68 OOB was stolen.
 
Separately and also overnight, a red coloured Suzuki King Quad bike, registration number SF64 AKV was stolen from a farm at Machrihanish, Campbeltown.
 
These thefts are believed to be linked to an incident about 11pm on Tuesday 29th January, where Police were called to Witchburn Road, Campbeltown, where persons were attempting to steal a vehicle, but were disturbed by the owner. The suspects fled the scene in a Silver Mazda 6, which has now been seized having been found abandoned on Hillside Road, Campbeltown.
 
Police are investigating these incidents and are appealing for any witness or anyone with any information to contact them on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
