Forest Bathing Walk – Family Session
Saturday 20th July
Meet at 1.45 – walk begins 2pm
We are offering a forest bathing session for families with children aged 5-12. Ruth Overington, a local forest bathing practitioner, will be leading this child focused event. All the elements of the adult walks will be included such as canopy gazing and getting up close to nature. Children must be accompanied by an adult, with a ratio of one parent/carer to every two children.
Meet at the plant sales area next to admissions.
