Village hall trustees open meeting

New trustees needed to keep the hall open. 

This is to inform you that I will be standing down from the Ardentinny hall committee as treasurer as I am moving house and will no longer be in the village.

This will leave only 3 trustees on the committee and the constitution requires 4. So once again we are asking if there is anyone who is willing to join the team to keep the hall open and available for those who use it regularly. 
Ideally someone who lives locally especially as at the moment 2 of the trustees do not.
This request is not just open to just one person, the more people who are involved then it is less work for those who are on the committee as the work can be shared.
I will as the present treasurer give every help I can to anyone wishing to take on this role- it's not difficult.

Should there not be anyone willing to become a trustee, it will again become a situation whereby the hall would have to be sold. 
To this end we are calling a meeting on Tuesday 19th August at 7pm at the village hall for people I hope to join the trustees.
